Part of me would say people, but there are definitely times that I would just love to be as far away from people as possible, so that cant really be the answer.

I would say experiences would be the best answer for me. If life doesn't have new experiences, both good and bad, then it gets stale, boring, predictable, and just not exciting or fun.
