Awkward silence, it happens all the time. Going on hikes in nature alone. This is my go-to relaxation exercise for when I am really stressed or I am facing tough decisions and tough times in general. I may be alone, but, I wouldn't really want it any other way during those times. Being alone allows me to not have to focus on other people. It really allows me to not focus on anything at ... I dont think that i know how to be a good frined. Its a skill i have yet to develop properly. I do try my best, but i know that i need to improve on many things, mainly my patience with people.

My mothers determination to give her children a better life, and her constant support no matter what.
The fact that she let's us make our own mistakes in life while still being there for us and supporting us.
