I want to be able to live the life I aim for, and for that I need to better understand myself, and then courage to be true to that understanding and to what I believe in and feel. Those are my goal.

im holding on to hope of my ex relationship, as they say they still love me and maybe in a while. actions speak louder than words so need to let go for my own mental wellbeing

I think the leap from where i am to where i want to be.
Maybe less about the change itself, and but more about the process that i will need to go through to get there.
